Create your account

Sign up, verify your email, and claim the room link you will give to every client.

Who can use it
All staff
  1. Select Start your free trial and enter your Email address and a Password.
  2. Verify your email. A verification link is sent to the address you gave, and opening it activates the account.
  3. Fill in Profile Info: First Name and Last Name.
  4. Claim your room.

Claiming your room

Choose your room URL, this becomes your permanent client-facing link. You can update it later in your account settings.

Type a name and it checks as you go: Checking availability..., then Available! or That name isn't available — try another.

Use your own name. The box suggests the shape with an example like DrSarahMitchell. Names are first come, first served across all of HIPAA LINK, so a common one may be gone.

Skip now, I will create my room later is there if you want to decide later, and Set your room link covers doing it afterwards.

Signing in afterwards

Your email and password, at the same place you signed up.

If you belong to more than one organization you are asked which: Select the organization you would like to login to. You can switch between them in the settings.

If you cannot get in, see You cannot sign in.
