Set your room link

Your personal room has one web address. Choose it once, and give the same link to every client.

Every provider has a personal room, and that room has one link. It does not expire, so the same link works for every client and every appointment.

Your room is yours alone. Only you see who is waiting in it.

Set it

  1. Open Account Settings › My Profile › Room Settings.
  2. Under Your room, type a name in Room Name URL.
  3. Select Save.

Use your own name, or something a client will recognize as you. It becomes the end of your link.

What a name can contain

The name becomes the end of your link, so it cannot contain spaces or the characters .~!@#$%^&*()/.

Names are taken first come, first served across all of HIPAA LINK, so a common one may already be gone. Pick another rather than adding numbers, which clients mistype.
