Reset your password
Select Forgot Password? on the sign-in page and enter your email address.
You are told that instructions have been sent if that address is on an account. Check spam, since a password email is the one most often filtered.
The code is not arriving
If two-factor is on and the code does not come, try a different method. See Two-factor authentication.
Changing the phone number needs two-factor turned off first, and only you can do that. Your clinic admin cannot turn it off for you, so if you are locked out of the number itself, contact us.
You never accepted the invitation
A staff member has no password until they open their invitation and set one, so there is nothing for a password reset to change yet.
Ask your clinic admin to resend it. See Add a staff member.
Your account was deactivated
A deactivated account cannot sign in and says nothing about why. Your clinic admin can reactivate it, provided a seat is free. See Seats, and what happens when you run out.
