Remove a client from the queue
Take a row off your list, and what the client is told when you do.
- Who can use it
- All staff
Take a waiting client off your queue. They are told, and they can check in again afterwards.
- Open the dot menu on the client’s row.
- Select Remove.
- Confirm.
The dialog names the client, so you can check you have the right row before you act.
What the client sees
Their page tells them they have been removed from the waiting room, and suggests they contact you if that was not meant to happen.
They can open your check-in link and check in again straight away. Removing a client does not block them.
When to use it
For a test check-in, a duplicate row from a client who rejoined, or a client who has told you by other means that they cannot make it.
