Open Account Settings › Subscriptions.
Seats
If your practice includes multiple providers, you can purchase and assign a seat to each practice provider. Use the staff page to assign seats and manage your staff.
Current Quantity is what you have and New Quantity is what you are moving to.
The rate is shown per seat per month, so the Total is that rate multiplied by Total Seats. A solo practice needs one seat, and the total is the rate.
Monthly or annual
Billed Monthly or annual. “Save 20% by upgrading to Annual”, as the screen puts it.
Annual is cheaper and commits you for the year. Take monthly while you are still deciding whether this fits your practice.
Pay
ADD PAYMENT METHOD takes Cardholder Name, Card Number, Expiration Date and a CVV.
Discount Code is where a promotional code goes, before you confirm.
What to know
- Adding a seat later is the same screen. You do not start again.
- Billing is for the organization, so one person pays for everybody.
